Gallup Organization’s CliftonStrengths Test
The Gallup Organization found that the common theme of all high performing teams that they studied was that the members of the team were all working to their strengths. By working to your strengths, you are able to get unlimited expansion of your capabilities. Whereas, when you are not working to your strengths (or rather you are trying to strengthen your weaknesses) you will most likely only achieve marginal results, at best.
We provide these profiles as a benefit to our clients and visitors, although they are a product of the Gallup organization. We are not affiliated with the Gallup organization other than being a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, and we simply love their profiles.
