Gallup Organization’s CliftonStrengths 34 Test
The Gallup Organization found that the common theme of all high-performing teams that they studied was that the team members were all working to their strengths. By working to your strengths, you can get an unlimited expansion of your capabilities. Whereas, when you are not working to your strengths (or rather, you are trying to strengthen your weaknesses), you will most likely only achieve marginal results, at best. This profile version gives you access to the ranking of all 34 of the CliftonStrengths themes.
